Biography: One of the Bollywood's most senior actor, Anil first appeared on the silver screen in Hamhare Tumhare in a character role. Anil started his career with Woh Saat Din starring alongside Padmini Kolhapure and Naseerudhin Shah in lead role. He has many super hits to his credit, which includes Tezaab, Mr. India, Lamhe, Laadla, Ram Laakhan, Parinda, Kishan Kanaiya and  1942 A Love Story. He quickly moved to the top of the Bollywood rank thanks to 3 super hits in a row - Mr. India, Tezaab, Ram Lakhan. Anil’s family came from Chembur, Mumbai and  His dad used to be Shammi Kapoor's Secretary. He has two brothers: Producer Boney Kapoor and actor Sanjay Kapoor.
