Jenny Mccarthy was born on November 1, 1972 in Chicago, Illinois USA. She is a multi talented personality. She was born in a middle class family where her mother was a house wife and father a steel mill foreman wh wroked day and night so that he could afford to give a proper education to his children. She is a good actress, an established model and also works as a popular television personality. After graduating from high school, Jenny attended Southern Illinois University to study nursing. But after two years of college she decided to pursue modeeling as her career.
Jenny took a major decision of her life when she handed her photographs to the Playboy magazine and was offered $20,000 to pose for Miss October 1993. With this exposure, she won the Playmate of the Year, along with a $100,000 salary, and a bevy of promotional duties.
MTV was holding auditions for a new dating game show to be showcased on the network. Continuos force from Ray Manzella, her fourty-seven-year-old manager and live-in boyfriend helped her to land an interview at MTV. The network's producer appreciated Jenny and hired her to co-host Singled Out, which debuted in the summer of 1995. Funny, telegenic, and curvy Jenny McCarthy had an immediate success.
