
An American rapper, actor, screen writer and producer, Ice Cube enjoyed a wide audience. Brandon Dakus was born on June 15, 1969 in Los Angeles. Dakus is famous as “Ice Cube’ worldwide. He got married to Kimberly Woodruff. He has four children with her, three sons and one daughter. He is a very influential and powerful artist. He converted to Islam in early 90’s. He is indeed a very versatile artist. He has been remained as a controversial figure of the showbiz industry.
From an early age, he was into hip-hop music. He joined the hip-hop group CIA and started his career. Later he became a part of the rap group NWA. It was a very leading band. Few of the hits were “Straight Outta Compton" "Fuck Tha Police”, "Gangsta Gangsta" and "Express Yourself". It was a widely and critically acclaimed album.

He has starred in the movies including Trespass, Dangerous Ground, and Anaconda. He also performed in the comedy flick CB4.
He has worked with Public Enemy, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Big Daddy. He has received and has been nominated for many awards.
