An American actor and director, Jason Bateman is well known for his performance in a television sitcom “Arrested Development” when he played the role of Michael Bluth. This series became very famous especially for Bateman.

Jason Kent Bateman was born in Rye, New York, USA on January 14, 1969. He belongs to a showbiz family, as his father was a Hollywood director and his Sister Justine Bateman is an actress. He is happily married to actress Amanda Anka and they have a child Francesca Nora Bateman together.

He made his first appearance at the age of 12 in the Little House on the Prairie with a recurring role. For the first time, he presented is hidden talent as a comedian in the very well-liked sitcom Silver Spoons in which Rick Schroder also acted.
