Ketan Mehta Mountain Man to feature Nawazuddin in lead role!

Nawazuddin Siddiqui impressed the audiences through his wonderful performance for the movie Gangs of Wasseypur where he played the role of Faisal Khan. He has now signed another lead role in Ketan Mehta's Mountain Main.

This movie in question is the story of famous and inspiring man Dashrath Manjhi who is the man to break a mountain for love. This movie was announced at the occasion of Punyatithi' and will be a homage to the human will power. This story tells that nothing is unachievable provided you have guts and will power to attempt an act which seems impossible.

This movie is set in 60s and tells you the story of a man who worked for around 22 years to break a mountain. The moviemaker Mehta says that this man Dashrath is the most inspiring Indian known as the Mountain Man. The story is about the victory of will power and love.

He further revealed that he has signed Nawazuddin for the most challenging role and speaking about his role, Nawazuddin says that he is quite honored to work with Ketan sir and this character is for sure a great opportunity for him to show his talent as an actor. He is quite excited for the shoot of the movie to begin.

This movie is to be produced by Deepa Sahi and is co-written by Mehta, Anjum Rajabali & Mahendra Jhakar. Rest cast for the movie will be finalized soon.
