Recently it was a buzz in the Bollywood town that actress Ameesha Patel has bought a flat in Juhu right next to the bungalow of Bachchans however the news is now revealed that she had only rented that property of 4000 sq feet.
The Valias are real owners of the Harsh Jyot Apartments and hearing about this claim they were quite shocked.
Thus they have told Ameesha not to enter the premises. They came to know about this news of Ameesha claiming the house when a solicitor inquired them the reason for selling this property.
On the other hand, there is news that Ameesha had paid a token amount for renovation of the flat of Rs. 5 lakhs to the Valias.
