Cairo International Film Festival jury to include Madhur Bhandarkar!

This is yet another achievement by ace director Madhur Bhandarkar as he has been invited to join the jury of the Cairo International Film Festival 35th edition to be held from November 27th till December 6th 2012. Madhur had been to this festival before as well at the 33rd edition when his movies including Chandni Bar, Page 3, Traffic Signal, Corporate and Fashion were screened at the festival.

Madhur while talking about this news said that he is quite happy to become a part of the 35th edition of the Cairo International Film Festival. He further added that he is in love with the theme which stands as 'Positive thinking revolution and freedom'.

Other prominent names to join this prestigious festival from Hollywood include Salma Hayek, Samuel L Jackson, Bill Murray and Bruce Willis. This festival plays a major role in the history of art, culture and innovation.

Madhur is invited to become a part of this festival because of his world known contribution to the Indian cinema.
