Many of the movies have recently found themselves trapped in to copyright issues and the list now includes Yash Raj Films' blockbuster Ek Tha Tiger as well. The writer Anand Panda has filed a complaint against the makers at that Amboli Police Station where he claims that the script of this movie is stolen from him without any compensation paid. An FIR is filed against producer Aditya Chopra and director Kabir Khan through Film Writer's Association (FWA).
Anand claims that YRS approached him for the script in the year 2011 but turned it down after reading and returned it back, now he is quite shock to see similar script used in this movie. Appeal for this charge will be heard in the Bombay High Court.
