Sanjay Dutt starrer Sher is the production of Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd. An FIR is lodged against the makers of the movie and the complaint is that they have allegedly duping a man named Surendra Kala for Rs. 1.58 crores. He claims that he had provided logistical support that was required during the shoot of this movie in Jaipur city in May 2012.
The makers Dhillin Mehta and Hiren Gandhi are accused by him for non-payment of his dues for logistical support.
He said that the cheques given to him as payment by them were dishonoured at the bank.
This complaint has been launched under sections 420 and 406 for fraud and criminal breach of trust of Indian Penal Code.
