But from reliable sources we have heard that Ajay Devgn's home production Ajay Devgn Films have sent a legal notice to Yash Raj Films. Ajay Devgn made this claim through lawyers Naik & Naik and say that YRF have taken an advantage of their position in Bollywood town through which due release date of November 13th for Son Of Sardaar on the occasion of Diwali has been denied.
This notice has been sent under Competition Commission Act 2002. This Act rules out anti-competitive agreements and the use of dominant position by businesses which could become a cause of adverse effect in a competitive industry of the country. A reliable source close to the industry revealed that Ajay's company was forced to give away this notice against the practices of YRF which is use of their position in industry to gain importance over others.
