Yesterday only we reported that Salman along with his friends and family was in full spirit to celebrate his birthday along with the celebration of his recent release Dabangg 2. All throughout the evening before Thursday he was quite cheerful but the spirit of party disappeared as he received summon of court some hours before his birthday. Salman was still quite ebullient but family didn’t felt like celebrating.
A source close to him revealed that no one was invited for celebration and some close friends like David Dhawan, Sajid Nadiadwala and Rumi Jaffery visited his place on their own to wish Salman. Salman was asked to appear in court very next morning after his birthday at 11 am.
Salman however was not in mood to party at first because of the poor gang rape that happened in Delhi. Only some very close family friends were to be invited but the idea of hosting a party at all was dropped once he received the courts summons.
Rummi Jaffery was annoyed about court summon to be sent on his birthday. Further Rummi says 'This could have been delayed a day as everyone knows Salman’s birthday so they should not have taken away from him the joy of his special day. I am quite sure about this that this has been done by rivals of Salman so that they could ruin his birthday. We lost the spirit of party however he was quite fine and also provoked our spirits. But overall this is quite injustice done to him.’
A close friend of Salman says 'He is not worried about the result of this case and he has asked his family not to talk about this case as he has concerns that they may speak something incorrect about this issue.’
