The village belle Dabangg girl Sonakshi Sinha had been seen in desi avatar for all her movies. She did an item number as well with Prabhu Deva for the movie OMG Oh My God. Now for the first time she will be seen to glamorize a special disco number set in 80s in Ajay Devgn starrer remake of Himmatwala.
This track is titled 'Thank God It's Friday' and is disco themed with reflective dancer floor, disco balls and mirrors set according to the period of 80s. It is reported that there will be around 100 dancers and 400 extras included in this track.
This song is an introductory number in the movie and was envisioned by director Sajid Khan. The costume of Sonakshi for this track is designed by Manish Malhotra. This song is composed by Sachin-Jigar, music is given by Sajid-Wajid and is sung by Sunidhi Chauhan.
