Anupam Kher is rising high not only in Bollywood but across as well. This Bollywood super star will be honored in the city of Los Angeles by the Mayor of the city on February 26th at the City Council. He will be given a City Proclamation.
Talking about this honor Anupam says ‘This is a great event for me as I will be honored on an international platform as an actor and this Proclamation from Los Angeles will surely be an endorsement that Asian actors are recognized globally. I have done many Indian movies and thus I would be representing my country at this global platform in front of city mayor.’
There is another major event that Anupam is looking forward to which is a party for all the Oscar nominees of the year on February 23rd. This party will be hosted by Weinstein Company and it is arranged every year. This year Anupam is invited for this party as being a prominent cast for Oscar nominated Silver Linings Playbook.
Anupam says that he is looking forward to meet all the Oscar nominees at this party including directors and cast of movies like Django Unchained, Argo, Lincoln and Les Miserables.
